Summary
This study tests a new two-drug combination (camizestrant and ribociclib) in 150 people with advanced hormone receptor-positive (HR+) breast cancer. Participants must have had at least 5 years of prior hormone therapy. The goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control before it worsens. This is not a cure, but aims to manage the disease and delay progression.
