NCT ID NCT07491705
First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looked at whether drinking camel milk after intense cycling helps healthy men recover faster and perform better compared to cow's milk or water. Twelve recreationally active males participated in four lab visits, doing cycling tests and giving blood samples. The goal was to understand how camel milk affects muscle soreness, inflammation, and exercise capacity. There was no treatment for any disease, and the study was purely for learning.
