Summary
This study aims to understand how listening to 15 minutes of specially designed calming music affects people's stress levels and sense of well-being. Researchers will enroll about 100 adults to measure changes in heart rate, saliva hormones, and feelings of calmness before and after listening to music. The goal is to learn more about the connection between music, the body's stress response, and emotional state.
