New drug cagrilintide aims to curb appetite in obesity trial

Summary
This study is testing an experimental medicine called cagrilintide to see if it can reduce how much people eat and their appetite. About 120 adults with overweight or obesity will receive either the drug or a placebo for around 30 weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in total calorie intake during meals.
