Summary

This study looks at how a drink with caffeine and green tea extracts changes the way your body burns fat at rest, during exercise, and after a workout. Researchers will measure fat oxidation in 40 healthy adults aged 18 to 45 who are moderately active. The goal is to understand if this combination can help increase fat burning.
