Green tea and caffeine drink may boost fat burn during workouts

Summary
This study looks at how a drink with caffeine and green tea extracts changes the way the body burns fat at rest, during exercise, and after exercise. Researchers will measure fat oxidation in 40 healthy adults aged 18 to 45 who are not highly active. The goal is to understand if this combination can help increase fat burning.
