Summary

This study looked at how blood flow and brain signals work together in people with CADASIL, a rare genetic disease that affects small blood vessels in the brain. Researchers used MRI and EEG scans along with math models to find possible changes. The goal was to learn more about the disease, not to test a treatment. About 60 adults with CADASIL took part.
