Summary
This study tested a new way to rebuild bone in the front upper jaw using custom-made bone grafts created with computer design and milling. Twenty adults with bone loss from failed implants received the graft and a new implant at the same time. After 18 months, the researchers measured bone growth and checked if the implants stayed stable and healthy.
