Summary
This study is testing whether the drug cabozantinib can help control the growth of recurrent or worsening meningioma, a type of brain tumor. It will involve about 24 adults whose tumors have come back or progressed after standard treatments like surgery or radiation. The main goal is to see if the drug can keep the tumor from growing for at least six months while also tracking side effects and quality of life.
