First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests the drug cabozantinib in people whose meningioma (a type of brain tumor) has come back or is growing despite standard treatments. About 24 adults with any grade of meningioma will receive the drug to see if it can stop or slow tumor growth. The main goal is to measure how many patients are alive without their tumor getting worse after 6 months of treatment.
