Summary

This early-stage trial tests a one-time treatment called CABA-201, made from a patient's own immune cells, for systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). The goal is to see if it is safe and can control the disease by targeting and removing faulty B cells. About 12 adults with active, moderate-to-severe disease will take part.
