Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called C6 ceramide NanoLiposome (CNL) in 15 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose. Researchers will also look for signs that the drug helps control the disease, but this is not expected to be a cure.
