Summary
This study tested whether the drug Buspar can increase breathing capacity in people with chronic, high-level spinal cord injuries. 13 participants took part in this phase 2 trial. Researchers measured lung function, breathing drive, sleep quality, and exercise capacity to see if Buspar made a difference.
