Summary
This study tests a new therapy called the Unified Protocol for Burnout (UP-B) to see if it is practical and acceptable for people with clinical burnout. Researchers will enroll 24 adults who have moderate to severe burnout symptoms. The goal is to check if the therapy can be delivered as planned and if it shows early signs of reducing burnout, anxiety, and depression while improving well-being.
