Summary
This study tests a new therapy program called UP-B for people with clinical burnout. Researchers want to see if the program is easy to use and helpful for reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. About 24 adults with burnout symptoms will try the therapy and give feedback. The goal is to see if this approach works and is acceptable to both patients and therapists.
