Summary

This study aims to see if a new therapy called the Unified Protocol for Burnout (UP-B) is practical and acceptable for people suffering from clinical burnout. Researchers will enroll 24 adults with moderate to severe burnout to try the therapy and provide feedback. The goal is to gather initial evidence on whether this approach can reduce burnout, anxiety, and depression while improving overall well-being.
