Summary
This study compares three online treatments for people with clinical burnout (severe exhaustion from stress) who are on sick leave or struggling at work. 210 adults in Sweden will receive either Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a recuperation-focused program, or ACT plus extra work support. The goal is to see which approach reduces burnout symptoms and helps people return to work.
