Summary

This study tests whether injecting the painkiller bupivacaine into surgical sites can reduce pain after laparoscopic hysterectomy (removal of the uterus through small cuts). About 120 women having this surgery for non-cancer reasons will be randomly assigned to receive the injection or standard care. Pain levels will be tracked for 24 hours after surgery.
