One online session may boost emotion control in young adults

Summary
This study tested a free online program called Project WAVE that teaches young adults (ages 18-29) skills to handle distressing emotions. 550 participants completed either the active program or a control activity. The goal was to see if a single session could reduce negative beliefs about emotions and improve coping.
