Summary
This study tests two surgical techniques—using a cheek fat pad or a palate tissue graft—to improve gum healing and prevent implant exposure around zygomatic implants. It involves 8 adults with severe upper jaw bone loss who cannot get regular dental implants. The goal is to see which method better reduces gum recession and infection risk.
