First seen Dec 24, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tested a special mouthguard (BRUXENSE splint) to see if it can help diagnose sleep bruxism (teeth grinding) accurately and easily. Seven adults with bruxism wore the device for 10 nights to check if it was comfortable and collected enough data. The goal is to create a better way to diagnose this condition outside of a sleep lab.
