New splint aims to diagnose teeth grinding at home

Summary

This study tested a special mouth splint (BRUXENSE) to see if it can help diagnose sleep bruxism (teeth grinding). Seven adults with bruxism wore the splint for 10 nights. The goal was to see if the splint is comfortable enough to use and can collect enough data for a diagnosis.
