Summary
This study used smartwatches to compare sleep stages and total sleep time between 62 adults with sleep bruxism (teeth grinding) and healthy controls. Participants wore a smartwatch for 7 nights to track sleep. The goal was to see if smartwatches can help monitor bruxism and evaluate treatments more easily.
