Summary
This study tested two different dosing schedules of the drug brolucizumab in 52 adults aged 50 and older with age-related macular degeneration (AMD) who had not responded well to previous treatment. The goal was to see which schedule better maintains or improves vision over 52 weeks. Participants received injections of brolucizumab into the eye, and their vision was measured using standard eye charts.
