Summary
This study tests whether a daily broccoli sprout extract can improve memory and thinking in 100 adults aged 55-85 who have mild cognitive impairment (some memory loss but not dementia). Participants will take the extract or a placebo for 12 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in cognitive test scores. The goal is to see if this natural supplement is safe and effective for easing symptoms of cognitive decline.
