Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BRiTE in 18 adults with a severe brain cancer (glioblastoma) that has a specific genetic marker (EGFRvIII). The drug is designed to help the body's immune cells attack the tumor. It is given as a continuous IV infusion over 4 days each month. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose.
