First seen Nov 03, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This early trial tests whether adding surgery or radiation to the targeted drug brigatinib can better control advanced ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer. About 35 people whose cancer has spread or returned will receive both treatments. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, with a secondary focus on how long the cancer stays under control.
