Summary
This study tested whether timed bright light therapy could help reduce excessive daytime sleepiness in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers compared the light therapy against two control devices in 69 participants. The main goal was to see if this non-drug approach could improve sleepiness, depression, fatigue, and overall quality of life.
