Summary
This study tests a brief, 4-session cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT) for people with urological chronic pelvic pain syndrome (UCPPS), including interstitial cystitis and chronic prostatitis. Researchers want to see if this short therapy can reduce pain and improve quality of life. The study involves 240 adults aged 18-70 with moderate to severe pelvic pain lasting at least 6 months.
