Summary
This study tests a short, culturally adapted version of cognitive behavior therapy (CaCBT) for people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in Pakistan. About 166 adults with OCD will receive the therapy, and researchers will measure changes in OCD symptoms, depression, and anxiety. The goal is to see if this brief therapy is effective and acceptable to patients and their families.
