Summary
This study is testing a two-drug combination (golcadomide and rituximab) as a 'bridge' treatment for adults with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. The goal is to control the cancer and improve patients' health so they can proceed to a potentially curative CAR-T cell therapy. Researchers want to see if this bridge treatment helps more patients successfully get to and benefit from CAR-T.
