Summary
This study is testing a two-drug combination (golcadomide and rituximab) as a 'bridging therapy' for adults with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to control the cancer and improve patients' health so they can qualify for a potentially curative treatment called CAR-T cell therapy. Researchers want to see if this short-term treatment helps more patients successfully proceed to CAR-T.
