Summary
This study tested Bridges, a 30-day digital program that sends personalized text messages and provides online activities to help LGBTQ+ employees feel more connected and valued at work. Researchers enrolled 136 LGBTQ+ adults working in health or human services to see if the program was easy to use and well-liked. The goal is to improve mental health and belonging, but this is an early pilot focused on feasibility.
