Summary

This study tested a digital program called Bridges, designed to help LGBTQ+ employees feel more accepted and connected at work. 136 LGBTQ+ adults who worked at least 32 hours a week used the program for 30 days, receiving personalized texts and online activities. The main goal was to see if the program was easy to use and liked by participants, and to explore if it improved their sense of belonging and well-being.
