First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week breathing muscle training program can help people with obstructive sleep apnea think more clearly, improve blood flow to the brain, and support brain repair. Researchers will compare the training to a placebo and usual care in 42 adults aged 18–60 with moderate sleep apnea. Participants will do daily exercises and meet with the researcher weekly.
