NCT ID NCT07329049

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week breathing muscle training program can help people with moderate obstructive sleep apnea think more clearly, improve blood flow to the brain, and support the brain's natural repair processes. About 42 adults will be randomly assigned to real training, a low-intensity placebo, or usual care. Researchers will measure attention, memory, and brain oxygen levels before and after the program.
