Summary
This study compares two different mouthpieces (mandibular advancement devices) for people with obstructive sleep apnea who cannot use a CPAP machine. The goal is to see which device is more comfortable, has fewer side effects like jaw pain, and is easier to stick with over a year. Twenty-eight adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two devices and followed for 12 months.
