Can six weeks of breathing training ease lung pressure?

NCT ID NCT06931886

Summary

This study is testing whether a six-week breathing exercise program can help people with pulmonary hypertension. Participants will perform daily inspiratory muscle strength training (IMST) using a special device. Researchers will check if this training lowers lung blood pressure and improves exercise capacity by comparing results from standard medical tests taken before and after the training period.
