Simple breathing workouts may ease Obesity-Linked lung problems

Summary
This study looks at whether special breathing exercises (inspiratory muscle training) can improve lung function and reduce inflammation in people with obesity. About 40 adults aged 30-60 with a BMI of 30 or higher will be enrolled. Researchers will measure breathing capacity, muscle strength, and blood markers of inflammation before and after the training.
