Summary
This study tested whether a special breathing exercise program could help children who have had a kidney transplant. The goal was to see if training their breathing muscles could improve lung strength, walking ability, and overall physical function. Children in the study were assigned to either do the special breathing exercises or a simpler version for eight weeks.
