Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific breathing muscle exercises to standard cardiac rehabilitation helps people with heart failure. It will measure if this combination improves blood flow to the legs and reduces the oxygen cost of breathing during exercise. The goal is to see if this approach makes physical activity easier and more effective for patients.
