NCT ID NCT06404008
First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a controlled breathing program called REST could help people with COPD feel less stressed and breathe easier. Twenty adults with COPD took part, either learning the breathing exercises or continuing their usual care. The main goal was to see if the program was practical and liked by participants, not yet to prove it works. Results will guide future larger studies.
