Summary
This study tested two breathing methods—Wim Hof and box breathing—in 60 adults with mild COPD. The goal was to see if these techniques could help reduce anxiety, shortness of breath, and improve lung function. Participants practiced one of the two techniques, and researchers measured changes in their symptoms and breathing.
