Summary

This study tested whether two specific breathing techniques could help people with mild COPD feel less anxious and short of breath. Sixty participants with mild COPD practiced either the Wim Hof Method or Box Breathing for eight weeks. Researchers measured their anxiety levels, breathlessness, and lung function before and after to see which method worked better.
