Summary
This study looked at two ways to help children aged 1 month to 5 years with severe breathing problems from pneumonia or bronchiolitis. Researchers compared a high-flow nasal method (HVNI) and a continuous pressure mask (nCPAP) to see which improved breathing better and was more comfortable. The goal is to find the best support for kids in the intensive care unit.
