NCT ID NCT06230692
First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week breathing muscle training program is feasible for typically developing children aged 6-12 and how it affects their breathing during exercise. Ten children participated, and researchers measured completion rates, adherence, and changes in breathing muscle strength and diaphragm thickness. The goal was to gather knowledge for future research, not to treat any disease.
