Summary
This study looked at whether a 6-week training program for the breathing muscles is possible and helpful for healthy children ages 6 to 12. Ten children took part to see if they could stick with the program and how it might change their breathing during exercise. The goal was to learn more about how the diaphragm works and how breathing is controlled.
