Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week breathing muscle training program can improve breathing strength and physical function in frail adults aged 80 and older. Participants will be randomly assigned to either a real training group or a sham (fake) group. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost exercise can help older adults maintain independence and reduce disability risk.
