Summary
This study looked at whether breathing exercises can help people who had lung surgery feel less pain, anxiety, shortness of breath, and sleep problems. 74 adults who had a type of lung surgery called VATS or wedge resection took part. The researchers measured symptoms before and after the exercises to see if they helped.
