This study looked at whether special breathing exercises could help people with Long COVID who have trouble breathing and feel tired. Sixteen adults who had COVID-19 and still had symptoms like shortness of breath and fatigue took part. They did diaphragmatic breathing exercises, and the researchers measured their walking ability, mood, and quality of life. The goal was to see if these exercises could ease their symptoms.
