Summary

This study tested whether special breathing exercises could help people with Long COVID who have trouble breathing and feel tired. Sixteen adults who had COVID-19 at least 4 weeks earlier and still had symptoms took part. They did diaphragmatic breathing exercises, and the researchers measured their walking ability, mood, and quality of life. The goal was to see if these exercises could ease breathing problems and fatigue.
